The moment you find the perfect dress for the season, you suddenly feel a sense of relief. When I first came across this dress from People’s Project LA, I immediately fell in love with the lace bell sleeves.
I thought, how lovely it may be to show a more boho feminine side, and since I barely show you guys any dresses, I gave it a go. I fell in love with the dark blue color of this dress and its originality. Another thing I love about it is that it can be suitable for different occasions, as well as different seasons. Exciting right!?
The cut and overall dress size was a tad bit too big on me – I am just under 5′-6″ and this dress is a size small. Their sizes run S-M-L, and so I used my grandmother’s brooch to pin the front as if it had one extra button higher. It did wonders and paired beautifully with the lace detailing. I love little accessories like this that come in handy! I also used a nude lace bralette underneath the dress.
Besides dresses People’s Project LA has it all covered from outerwear to tops and bottoms. Inspired by the Los Angeles native, they are a wonderful lifestyle brand for young women that love comfort, quality and current trends. Because they provide great quality and affordability, I definitely see myself wearing more of their pieces real soon.

- Brooch: Similar Here, Here, Here and Here
- Bralette: Hanky Panky
