Hello Friends!

While it’s still February, I wanted to share with you my winter looks while I was out in Europe this winter. I wore so many cozy coats and this fur coat is one of them. The night before there was heavy snowfall, we go about 8″ of snow, and I so NEEDED to wear my heavy duty Sorel’s the next day. This coat was great because it’s heavy, solid and transitional. You can dress it up with sleek booties, or even pair it with snow boots like I did. It kept me very warm and that was key during those negative winter degrees!

Chinatown by Bond no. 9 has to be one of my all-time favorite fragrances! There’s something so rich, complex and pleasant about it that I just LOVE. I was in love with it from the first time I came in contact with it at Saks 5th Avenue. I’ve recently found it on Amazon for nearly half the price for 1.7oz and 3.3oz, but they are low on stock and I cannot guarantee the same quality as you would find at Saks, so please use your best judgement. What I do recommend, is on your next journey to Saks 5th Avenue, to stop by the fragrance counter and check out the entire Bond no.9 Collection, and get some free samples! You’ll love the experience, I promise! My other absolute favorite fragrance by Bond no.9 is Washing Square, and then Central Park West. These also come in smaller purse sizes, and can make great gifts!

Black and Camel at The Vitra Campus (Germany)

Good Morning Friends and Happy FRIDAY!!

I am happy to present you today with a travel/style post I think you will really enjoy. Have you ever traveled to the Vitra Campus in Germany? It’s an architectural and design destination on the border of Southern Germany and Switzerland. It hosts over 15 contemporary buildings designed by renowned architects such as Zaha Hadid, Herzog & De Meuron, Tadao Ando, Frank Gehry and more. The VitraHaus itself (designed by Herzog & De Meuron) exhibits interior home and decor styles of furniture classics by Charles and Ray Eames, George Nelson, Jasper Morrison, Sori Yanagi, Hella Jongerius and more. If you are looking for some inspiration, this is the place to go for the day! Not to mention the Vitra Cafe is incredible! Everything is design oriented and I just couldn’t help but feel so comfortable and right at home.
