Good Morning Friends and Happy FRIDAY!!
I am happy to present you today with a travel/style post I think you will really enjoy. Have you ever traveled to the Vitra Campus in Germany? It’s an architectural and design destination on the border of Southern Germany and Switzerland. It hosts over 15 contemporary buildings designed by renowned architects such as Zaha Hadid, Herzog & De Meuron, Tadao Ando, Frank Gehry and more. The VitraHaus itself (designed by Herzog & De Meuron) exhibits interior home and decor styles of furniture classics by Charles and Ray Eames, George Nelson, Jasper Morrison, Sori Yanagi, Hella Jongerius and more. If you are looking for some inspiration, this is the place to go for the day! Not to mention the Vitra Cafe is incredible! Everything is design oriented and I just couldn’t help but feel so comfortable and right at home. I highly recommend the Vitra Campus for your next destination when traveling to Germany or Switzerland.

My husband and I were staying in Basel, Switzerland so we jumped through the border into Germany (by car) to go check this place out. It was the highlight of our trip hands down. We took the architecture tour (our tour guide was just amazing!) and it was just so fun to hear about the architects and the form and function of each building on the campus. We visited the campus in January, and that exact day was SO COLD and SO WINDY, we practically froze from head to toe but that did stop us! We took some fun shots while there. This is what I wore, and I WAS UNDERDRESSED! If you visit between December-February, please wear more layers than what I am wearing here! 😉
